Airtags & accessories
This is the number one item that EVERYONE needs to own. I cannot express how secure it makes me feel knowing I can track my luggage right on my phone. When flights are delayed or canceled after you've checked your luggage, you can lose your mind wondering where your luggage might be. With an Airtag, you can have peace of mind.
Please note: Accessories do NOT include an Airtag.
International Adapters
Power Strips
This is great for older cruise ships and hotels because they usually do not have enough outlets for those of us with a ton of electronics.
Airplane Footrest
This makes sitting on a plane for hours a bit more comfortable. It helps avoid the dreaded "airplane cankles" too!
The seller says it is not recommended for people taller than 5'4" sooo ummm... sorry tall people. Fun-sized folks only. I'll research and find one with good reviews for the above-average height traveler.
Portable Fans
When you're in the sweltering heat, this little water sprayer is a godsend. I used this in Egypt (100+°F!) and gave one to each person who traveled with me. They run on AA batteries (batteries not included) which is convenient if you need to recharge on the go. It comes with a carabiner so you can clip it to your bag or belt loop.
I absolutely love this fan. Many countries do not use air conditioning like we do in the US. The fan is small, easy to pack, and surprisingly powerful. It has three speeds and a light with three brightness levels.
They also have a larger 7-inch version.
Portable Carbon Monoxide Detectors
Tourists passing away in their hotel rooms from carbon monoxide poisoning is becoming way too common. It's better to be safe than sorry!
I haven't personally purchased this yet but I will be doing so before my next hotel stay.
Luggage and Packing Essentials
I love my carry-on! It has easy access laptop storage, a built-in phone charger port (power bank must be purchased separately), 3 TSA locks, hooks... It's great!
Portable Bidet
Did you know that some travel destinations don't allow you to flush toilet paper? And we've all been to places that had no paper products available at all!
It comes in other colors if purple isn't your thing... Amazon has many different types of portable bidets but this is the one I went with.
Travel Mirrors
Water protection
Bug protection
I used this spray while in Ecuador's Amazon Rainforest. This is not a product to be used regularly because it contains DEET. This is for heavy-duty scary creatures that you may encounter while out camping or traveling to exotic places.
Happy shopping!
