Micki is so knowledgeable and comforting with the area of travel. She really made things so simple and is also very patient.
We stayed at the Animal Kingdom resort and the resort was incredible and we had an amazing experience. We had the opportunity to purchase a dining plan, picture package, and visited all the parks. We even had tickets to ESPN Wide World of Sports.
Everything was great. All our days were full of activities, and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend booking with Cruise Planners. Micki is so knowledgeable and comforting with the area of travel. She really made things so simple and is also very patient.

I along with friends and new acquaintances had a great vacation experience. From the airport transfers to our pre and post cruise hotel stays, everything was coordinated well. Additionally, Gizette provided additional, helpful information and resources which gave us a more personalized experience.
Our experience on Virgin Voyages was definitely different than any previous experiences on other cruise lines. The best excursions/tours on the trip were the ones booked via Gizette . I recently returned from Egypt, a group trip that Micki put together. To say that the experience was amazing would be an understatement. The trip and the experience was indescribable. Egypt is a historic place rich with culture and history. If you want a good cultural experience you cannot go wrong with Egypt. Where things can go wrong is with poor planning. Micki is a SUPERSTAR. My trip, from my flight to Egypt to my transportation to my hotels, historical sites, markets, bazaars, and a Nile cruise was planned to perfection. Micki organization of this trip made it possible for me to handle an Egyptian summer with ease. I can go on and on about the great job that Micki did with this trip, but I may be running out of space. So I'll end when this, taking a trip such as this, with all of its moving parts and trusting that the travel agent you are working with is arranging your experience to reflect your needs requires a significant amount of trust. Amazing doesn't begin to describe the tremendous experience that I was given on my trip to South Africa, with the group that Micki put together. From beginning to end the experience was flawless. Every detail was perfectly aligned and executed, transitions from the flights to hotels were smooth. Our days were planned with activities that exposed us to the history, culture and future innovations that are occurring in South Africa. Having the opportunity to take this group trip, allowed me to connect with the experience on an emotional level. I know that this was a result of not having to worry about anything because Micki had taken care of all of those details.
I highly recommend Micki services and will be taking many trips with her in the future.

Just returned from our fabulous, short notice, 8-day Caribbean cruise that the wonderful Micki Stuart was able to pull off for us. Traveling with a two-year-old and then adding another room for the grandparents, we had a lot of requirements. All less than a month before departure, and Micki made it happen.
